Founded in 1996, the Criminal Defense Group has always been dedicated to helping the accused get a fair trial, working to lower criminal charges and minimize the potential consequences. Our lawyers have over fifteen years of combined criminal defense experience. Active in the Hillsborough County and Florida State Bar Associations, we understand the challenges facing our clients in the local courts.

Prior to providing criminal defense for felony, misdemeanor, and juvenile charges, attorney and firm founder Will Hanlon spent four years as a public defender. In that time he handled a high volume of diverse cases, and decided to open his own practice in order to give every client the personal service they deserve.
